Game Play:
This is a season long “Weekly Pick ‘Em” pool with an end of season tournament and a Survivor Pool. You may join one or both pools but the Weekly Pick ‘Em and End of Season Tournament are one.
Season Pick ‘Em Pool:
Players assign each pick a ‘Confidence Point’ bet. Highest confidence is worth 16 points, lowest is 1 point (if 16 games played that week) Points awarded for win, no points deducted for loss. For Season Standings, 1st tiebreaker is ‘Wins’.
Picks are straight up, no point spreads.
Winner takes 2/3 of the pot!

Post Season Tournament:
For the post season tournament, players will select teams based on their season standings. The selection process will follow a round-robin format, where the first place player picks first, followed by the next highest, and so on. Once the last player has made their choice, the process will start again from the top of the order, continuing until all teams have been chosen. Winner takes remaining 1/3 of the pot.

Missed Weekly Picks:
It happens, you may be in a position where you can’t get to an internet connection to get your picks in (vacation, internet outage, or emergency). If you can’t get your picks in for whatever reason, don’t worry, you’re covered. Management will enter a computer generated “quick pick” for you and use your last week’s tiebreaker. However, it’s not to be used as a season “strategy”. If it appears to Management that it’s being overused, a note will be privately sent to you with loss of this privilege. You can still use the “quick pick strategy”, just push the quick pick button yourself on the Website Pick Sheet or have another player do it for you. If you are a participant in the “Survivor” pool and a Pool Manager “quick pick” is issued, you’ll get the biggest spread favorite listed on the Pick Sheet for the week (that you haven’t already used during the season).
Pick Sheet will close before the first game of the week. Exact time will be posted on the weekly update page.

Survivor Pool:
NO POINT SPREAD INVOLVED. STRAIGHT UP FINAL SCORE.
Pick ONE team each week that you are sure will win. You can use a team only ONCE all year so you might want to look ahead in the schedule to see if you’re picking the right spot to choose them. You will survive NFL tie score games. If you lose two (2) games you are eliminated. Missed weeks and duplicate (used more than once) picks count as losses. Both pools will have a selection box with the teams you have used in the past available on the regular website Pick Sheet. No tiebreaker. If there is more than 1 “Survivor” each will evenly split the pot. Even if you have 1 loss you still get a full share.
Winner takes all. If the “Survivor Pool” ends early enough in the season a brand new one may be started.
